What are the documents that can be eSigned using Aadhaar?

  1. Negotiable instruments, excluding cheques, as defined in Section 13 of the Negotiable Instruments Act of 1881.
  2. Powers of attorney specified in Section 1A of the Powers-of-Attorney Act of 1882.
  3. Indian trusts, outlined in Section 3 of the Indian Trusts Act of 1882.
  4. Wills, as defined in clause (h) of Section 2 of the Indian Succession Act of 1925, and any other testamentary disposition under different names.
  5. Contracts for the sale or conveyance of immovable property, or any interest therein.
  6. Any papers or transactions that may be notified by the Central Government in the Official Gazette.
How does Aadhaar eSign work using Wavenet's?
